With JF, CB, JK and a few others.

I stopped too early on the second interval; it's quite hard to estimate a mile on a 244m track.

All in all, this was an encouraging workout; I got progressively faster with each interval yet I felt more relaxed.

JK wanted to add some 2's at the end to make it an even 5k for the workout.

JF was quite fast on the cool down.

I cooked and ate a big meal afterward and was unconscious soon afterward. Both dogs fell asleep on my laps while I read the final chapters of Moby Dick. However, I was so loopy that I had to stop reading as I couldn't comprehend what was happening.
