I felt okay, definitely really tired! I need to buy new gloves, because my hands were freezing the entire time. I tried keeping on track with the pace, and relaxing but I never felt fully relaxed during the tempos. The 400s were rough. I am definitely happy with were I am right now, so we'll see how the race goes Saturday.
