Weather: overcast and cooler

Comments:
Started sore and tired, but felt okay once I got going. Avoided many of the major hills and stayed more on grass. My knee started to bug me at about 7 or 8 miles into the run, so I cut it a little short today, only doing 12. I'm planning to do a 10-mile race on friday, much of which will be on pavement, so I'm trying to take care of my joints until then.
