Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran by myself for this one and maybe took it a little too fast because I felt kinda winded after the run. I might try to keep it flatter for the next run since my last two runs have been hillier. Have a little bit of pain in my calf but I'll just stretch it out. Gonna continue to keep the mileage up until the season.
