Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Finally worked out after a long 3 weeks at Jumpmaster school. Went to Hercules with Linds. Ran 3 miles on the treadmill and then did a little circuit to get back in the swing of things:
3 rounds:
10 pull-ups
15 KB swings 45lb
5 press each arm
10 goblet squats
Finished with max dips and pistols for each leg (was complimented on my pistol squats by an elderly lady... I'll take it!)
