Comments:
I'm happy I was thrown into the 1000m today. I feel like I got to redeem myself from the last time I was at Springfield. It was a really good race for me, I'm not sure about my splits but I feel like I was consistent. The entire race I focused on being relaxed, and in control. That helped especially when I got cut off twice and elbowed somewhere in between. I was expecting to be tired and unable to breath when I hit the 600m but I wasn't. So I'm definitely in better shape than I think I am. I'm excited to get my milage up to where it used to be and working on my speed.
I didn't used the GPS watch today so I really don't know distance today. I'm just estimating.
