Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran mostly on the roads and it was nice and hilly but there was literally no side so it was a little dangerous. knee feels good I had no pain today but didn't want to jump too into it and go farther. I think the tape is really helping. Afterwards I worked my legs.
