Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
As I expected I was extremely sore this morning. My hamstrings and calves were pretty tight. I set out on the run with pete billy and Paul but immediately let them go ahead because I knew that I wanted to take it slow. Breathing was fine just my legs were tired but I never felt like I died at the end. I just got the run in at an easy pace. We shoveled 200 meters of the track afterwards
