I woke up late after a long, restful night of sleep and aimed for a 45-minute run just to work out the kinks from yesterday. My right hamstring was sore and I noticed my ankle a little bit at the beginning, but otherwise it's cured and has felt fine walking around today. Planks, leg lifts, clams, 30 supermen, 2x30 pushups.
