Comments:
The last three days of last week turned out to be a bust. I was hoping to have more mileage in but a combination of a shitty work schedule and laziness prevented that. I couldn't start the new week off with a zero in the mileage so I did a nice easy workout after work.
I have only ran 12 of the 25 days this month and I am starting to notice a pattern of taking multiply days off in a row. It has to stop. 2 days here three days there, eventually it adds up to a lot of zeros. I will have more milage in than last year and hopefully I will be able to break 100 miles this month! Not off to a great start for 2015. I need to get my act together on many different levels!
