Comments:
Went on the treadmill cause the sidewalks where covered and I'm not tryin to get hit by a car in the roads. Calves were killing me on the warm up, I can still feel that cramp in my ribs too. Did 3 on 3 off twice 2 on 2 off twice 1 on 1 off five times. The beginning of this workout was rough but I would say overall dece. Ended up being exactly 4 miles. I didn't really have a set on/off pace just kinda went by feel, tried to keep the rest around 8:00 pace. Did squats and dead lifts after but then my right hami was like nah chill, so I just did abs and rolled out. Gonna take it easy tm if I can even get out of the house cause I feel like i had a hard three days in a row.
