Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran around the block then added on around Halifax. My legs were still pretty sore so I'm glad I didn't do my tempo today. I'll do it later in the week when my legs are fresher. It was snowing the whole time but the roads weren't too bad yet. First half was around 7:00 pace then I brought it down the second half. Felt good aerobically just sore muscles
