Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
So we had a workout this morning. I wasn't a huge fan but I felt good about myself afterwards so that was a plus. Ran to the cemetery and did 6 200m hills. We were supposed to do however many we could do..I figured 6 was decent given we had already done 2 workouts and a race this week. It was definitely a good workout and we pushed hard up the hills (Juliana, Abby, Elena, and me)
Cooled down back to Veale, stretched and did abs.
