Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Workout: 2.5% incline @ 7 mph 15 minute warm up, 20 minute tempo at @ 8 mph (2.5%) and 2.5% @ 7 mph 10 minute cool down.

I felt hot and bored on the treadmill. My ankles again were achy. The pace overall was fine, a little easy to be honest. We skipped 5 minutes just to jump on the treadmills. I went right into the tempo after the 15 minutes and took a 30 second break before starting the cool down. Becky and I did abs after. I did some light lifting on my legs with Little Lindsey after. I want to do arms tomorrow.

I woke up this morning feeling a cold/cough coming on. My throat was dry. Probably from running in the snow yesterday. I bought a bunch of Vitamin C and have been drinking tea all day.
