Comments:
Went to gym and got on treadmill for 8 miles.
2 miles up
Then 3 x 6:30 on
with 3:00, 2:30, and 3:00 off
Then about 2 mile cool down
Ran the on's about 6:00-6:05 pace and it felt good and controlled. Ran last two miles in about 13:20. Good workout!
