Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I felt better than I thought for the most part. I need new shoes, fingers crossed that they come in this weekend, so my ankles would ache on the uphill. My foot felt good, so I am happy its not an issue :) I spent a majority of the run trying to catch back up to Rachel and Paris, I never did but I ended up running about the same pace as them.
Super tired post run, I thought my arms were going to fall off during pushups and planks.
