Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This is the longest run I've done since the fracture. Frankly it was little over due, but regardless my strongest run yet. I felt like I fit back in with the group. I kept them near for most of the run, when I hit darlington I started to close the gap, mostly bc I really really really really needed to go to the bathroom. Right now, my legs feel tired and I have a stomach ache :(
