Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warmed up to the lake. Did some drills and strides. We started at the parking lot and headed towards State and did that loop. Did a lap and a half. Felt good till mile 3 I could get that extra gear to get going but it was ok I kept the pace I was suppose to be at. Felt like I cruised pretty well into the workout. Always good to get the rust off the wheels.
After the tempo we went to the track and did strides/core:
6 straight away strides
1min plank, 1min plank on sides (each side), 1min plank: 4min
40 sec of ab exercises 15 total people. Each person chose 1 15x40sec.
