At the beginning of practice: Broken up, 1-minute planks, crunch and pushup progression for 30 seconds and two of everything, respectively.
After:
3x15 squats with bar+50 pounds
3x15 hip flexor leg lifts with 25 pound plate
Pull-ups: 4, 6, 4
3x30 box steps with two, 10-pound plates
3x100 arm swings with three pound weights
