Comments:
Did the no-exit loop with the boys team. The weather was relatively nice, and conversation was good. A team member had a medical issue, so there was a slight delay, and the rest of the team looped back slightly and gave Aidan time to remind us of his invaluable first-aid skills. Pace was very relaxed
Planks and leg lifts, in addition to clams, at the beginning of practice
