can't do treadmills

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
15 minute warmup with a 2.5 incline at 7mph, felt okay. goal was to do 20 min at 3.5 incline at 8mph but after 12 minutes I felt way too overheated and just the fact that I wasnt really moving I cant mentally tolerate so I had to put the pace down a little. still felt not so good. then I did a 20 min cooldown.
