Treadmill workout

Comments:
Today I did a tempo on the treadmill with the new incline info and pace, it was much more like running outside than what we were doing before. My body felt ok but I couldnt breathe it was so hot and the air was super stuffy. I went for 21 mins as a tempo I was trying to hit 25-30
