Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We kinda rushed the warm up because the meet went from being 20 minutes behind to on time for our event. I'm estimating on milage because we were inside running back and forth. Race wise I know I could have ran better. I should have just stuck with that girl, instead of just running it by myself. I know better for next time. I kinda like the idea of being in the mile, so we'll see. I cooled down a lot more because I felt pretty good. I was outside, and I basically just did hills.
