Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Easy run to the basketball court. If I knew there wasn't going to be anybody there I would have ran more. It was a pretty shitty month and puts me way behind for achieving my goal of 2000 miles for the year. I did have a good performance at the half marathon in the middle of the month but I had almost no consistency in my running.

I did run over 100 miles but I also ran less than 50% of the days!
