Comments:
I felt pretty good on the treadmill, based on the chart I decided to do 2.0% at 8 mph. Every 5-10 minutes after the first 2.5 miles I moved the pace up just because I would get bored and wanted to get off the treadmill ASAP.
Melissa Guida and I did abs, strides, and lifted legs/arms a little before the gym got a little too crazy.
I broke in my new shoes today <3
