Comments:
ran 4 miles with a 2.5% incline at 8mph except the first two minutes was around 7mph to work up to it . last mile I bumped it up to 8.1 mph and eventually ended at 8.3. Felt like a really good effort run and really felt accomplished especially since I have trouble on treadmills but grace helped me out :) Afterwards we did core, 8 strides and worked legs/upper body.
