Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Good run today. I started out slow and progressively got faster. By the end of the last loop I was going pretty fast but felt comfortable. As the day was getting late I was not looking forward to running. Almost looking for an excuse to not go. But I got out the door for that first step and everything fell into place for a great workout, a great moral victory, and 2/2 in the month of February!
