Comments:
Did 12x1 lap in my Personal Fitness class @ Mile Pace . 3 mile cooldown. Then I went over to Power and we did a mile of a stair circuit with 25 lbs plates. Followed up by a mile and a half cooldown.
Excited to be over 300 miles since Thanksgiving!!
