Comments:
Idk what was exactly wrong today but just wasn't happenig for me. Good cause I got my first mile in, but I just died with three laps left. I know I can do better so it can only go up from here. Felt like I put a good effort in for the 800 was a little disappointed with my time but I guess it's a hard double. Love the 4x4 had fun I'll always run it no matter what, had fun . My calves were hurting really bad. Roughly guessing warm up and cool downs
