Comments:
Great run today. The first part was a pretty quick tempo with working the hills pretty hard. The second half was almost 2minutes faster but I was working really hard, esp the last mile. I definitely did not fell like I was fast. My muscles where hurting in my legs with focus on the calve.
This was not my fastest time. My PR in this run is 59:04 just a few seconds away! But we are off to a great February! 3/3
