Comments:
Great showing of people today at the workout. I know Matt counted around 44 people that showed up. For most of the workout I ran with Neil, and Ian and Silas were right behind us. We did the first 3 300's at 5k race pace then the next 3 at 3k race pace then the last three at mile race pace with exception to the last one which was a little fast. I liked the workout, 300's feel good around this time in my training, the only problem was that I had to go to the bathroom throughout the entire workout. It was miserable running through that. I felt like I could do more after I was done but it was probably a good idea that I didn't because I already did a good amount. I didn't feel like doing the cool down inside so I decided to run outside with Noah and we went for a fun, adventurous run.
