Hilly run

Comments:
Ran Halifax hills for one loop with a big group of guys for the first few miles then went around the village loop. Took it easy the first few miles then gradually picked it up the second half and felt good. Did 10 strides in the spectator lobby and a 4 minute jog which comes out to about a mile. I did core later at night
