Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran on the mill at the gym. 3 miles easy around 7:20 pace. Then 12 x 1:00 on/1:00 off. about 1.5 miles easy at end around 7:10 pace. Ran the on's about 5:49-5:55 pace and the offs at 7:18 pace. Felt pretty good and a good run. Some core after some stretching.
