Comments:
I felt really relaxed and strong the entire run. It's really nice that we are all able to run together in a one big cohesive group now, it makes running easier. I didn't bring my watch but I grabbed the time from someone else. My hamstrings are still really sore trying to do everything I can for them to be fresh for Saturday.
