Regular Run

Comments:
Started the run off with Pete, Paul, Billy, and Jeremy since they were taking it easy before the meet tomorrow. We ran to Darlington. The first two miles were slow then we picked it up as the run went on. Eventually they got a little ahead of me but I kept a nice pace on my own. My legs were tired but it was one of those runs where I felt better each mile. I really like getting my mileage up and having longer easy days because it gives me a chance to settle in and feel better towards the end of runs. I'm running my long run early tomorrow morning so I'll probably run it at a nice comfortable pace
