Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Was going to do the long run today, but since I did the workout so late in the evening yesterday, I wanted to give myself full recovery. It was nice to run outside after being on the treadmill the last two days. The miles just flew by. I picked it up as the run went on. Now going to stretch and then watch my friends all run great races!
