i felt like absolute shit today. i haven't ran in over a week and my breathing today was horrifying. i couldn't breathe and i felt nauseous and super phlegmmy. egh. i felt like throwing up every time my breathing got shitty. yeah, it was bad. egh. hopefully tomorrow's a better run.

splits: 9:44, 8:42, 9:01.

extra: 3x20 pushups, 3x50 crunches, plank circuit, 50 squats.
