Comments:
Easy 6 miles after work and I mean really easy! I had to clear my lungs out from smoking cigarettes all day. It feels good to be able to log another day of running when it could have easily been a big fat zero. That is the sort of dedication and commitment I need to continue to improve and have success at the sport of running!
This gives me almost 35 miles for the week and completes 5 out of 7 days of running for the month of Feb. Gasparilla is only 14 days away!
