Comments:
Em and I ran at around 10:30, we did an 8 mile loop. We were really tired from yesterday. I had minor aches and pains by mile 5 I started feeling a lot better. We picked up our run as we went along. My leg just feel really tired right now. We sorta did abs later, mostly planks.
