i loved this pratice!
im not sure i enjoyed the game THAAAT much, but it was challenging. on the first set me and kirsten did, i really didnt try that hard..I kept at a slooow pace. she caught up after about 8 laps and give or take 20 minutes it was at like 23 minutes when i started my 2nd set
but the 2nd set, we were walking on the track and i took off and got to her after doing about a lap and a half. I caught up within 5 minutes atleast. i think all together i ran like..10 laps. maybe more maybe less..but it was around 10..it had to be atleast nine..i know i was running thaaat slow
coach brice said that was the fastest he'd seen me in a long time, so that was very exciting(:
i ran the warm up loop faster today than yesterday, despite my soreness.
so that was good.
but i felt like i was working alot harder.
