Long Run

Woke up really motivated this morning because of how the team did yesterday at the meet, so I was looking forward to getting in a run. I ran with Paul, Jeremy, and Billy today and did a total of 10 1/2 miles. Pace was relaxed and my soreness went away as the run progressed. Overall I had a lot of fun with this run.

For the first time in months I decided to lift. It was something that I should have been doing a while ago, but yesterday's meet really opened my eyes up to how all the little things help you in the long run after watching Billy and the 800 guys race. Their races really made me want to become a contributing factor to the team, so I'm doing whatever it takes to become that. I'm really motivated for the remainder of the season and I'm very excited to race again.
