I warmed-up a little and stretched. Then I tried a new workout. I ran for 4 minutes at 7.5mph(8min pace) then 2 minutes at 5.5mph(10:40), then 4 at 8.5(7:03), then 2 at 6.5(9:13), then 4 at 9.5(6:40), then 2 at 7.5, then 4 at 10.5, then 2 at 8.5, then 2 at 11.5(5:13). Then I cooled down and then I biked some.
