Comments:
Had a weird day today. Went to practice and biked 10 minutes, then was on the treadmill for 1.5 miles, and had really bad stomach pain. I let Peter on and since there were no treadmills, I decided to run later in the evening after my classes. When I got there, I only had 40 minutes, so I ran close to 6:00 pace the whole way, so I did get 7.5 in today, just in a very weird way.
