Comments:
Ran on treadmill at gym. Late night starting at 8:00!
Ran 3 miles easy and then did a 3 mile tempo. Finished with 2 miles easy. Felt ok. Still feel heavy and sluggish and 17:30 for 3 is not easy! Sucks getting old! Good workout and weights and core after. Then some dinner at 10:15!
