Comments:
Couldn't breathe, dizzy and tired. Dropped out during the first 3 minutes hard. Went back took two more puffs of my inhaler, and did 4,3,2,1. I stopped after every hard effort, caught my breathe. My left IT band hurt the entire time. Went to the trainer after abs. Heated, stretched and Iced.
