Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Pretty slow run after the past two hard days I needed a day to recover. My quads where pretty sore so I focused on running with my calves. Its been a hard three days but even better its been a hard 5 days. Need to finish the week strong and then begin to prepare for the GDC
