Comments:
I felt really good from start to finish throughout this workout. I never really felt too tired or was breathing hard. Our paces were a little fast probably because Dan was running with us and me and Neil (especially Neil but me at some point) had some tendency to try to stay with him. But there was a lot of people who showed up for the workout including Hunter who just jogged around the track but didn't do the workout. Also Noah who's just coming back from injury looked very strong even staying up with me and Neil for the first few. The workout was repeat 300's 4 per set X 2 sets with only 100m rest, which was probably the most difficult part because we didnt have much recovery. We were trying to aim for our current mile pace, we went a little fast on a few of the 300's. Afterwards I did some laps on the track and went out side with Noah and Silas and ran (sometimes slipped) around out there.
