Comments:
Tempo day. Probably the best tempo I've had in a while. Kept it at 4 miles though since I havent done anything longer than that since xc.
Legs still feeling it on first half. Once we got into it though they started to feel stronger.
first two were around 5:50 each but we didn't turn around till 12 minutes. Times might have been off. last mile was 5:50 I think.
