Weather: 29 and Sunny!

Comments:
Ran before practice in afternoon. Ran down rail trail to Tridge. Then past Loons Stadium and straight across highway to neighborhoods. Past community center and back by library and over to Main Street and rail trail. Back to campus and around to back door. Struggled so so bad! Legs and body tired from late workout on treadmill and weights last night!
