Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ran on my own in the afternoon because of class. My first three miles were in the reservation then I went around the block. The res was plowed so that there was a thin packed layer of snow on the ground good enough to run on. I'm going to start doing more runs on there so I can get some miles in on soft surfaces even during the winter. I left and went around the block to finish the run. My legs were pretty tired throughout and kept the pace easy most of the way. My main problem was that I ran too soon after lunch so my stomach gave me trouble the first half of the run but by mile 5 that faded so I was fine
